Big lots and big houses mean drying takes planning, not just fans. Will you provide documentation my insurer and a hygienist will accept?
Yes. Moisture maps, daily logs, photos and the drying protocol we followed. If third-party clearance testing is called for, we'll coordinate with an independent hygienist rather than clearing our own work.
